Shipping policy

Murtz offers shipping Australia wide through Australia Post.

Important note:

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer flat rate shipping options. However, please note that for large quantities of items, additional shipping costs may apply. Shipping for large orders is calculated during order fulfilment and is based on the weight and size of the products.

If your order requires additional shipping costs, we will contact you via email.

Please note: Choosing express postage - This only applies to the time set by the postal service. It does not apply to Murtz "Made to order items" turnaround times (TAT). For our current TAT, please refer to each product listing.

Flat rate postage costs (up to 5kg) within Australia:
Flat rate standard tracked postage: $15.00 (5-10 business days)
Flat rate express tracked postage: $20.00 (3-5 business days)

- All our flat rate postage options include insurance covering up to $100 worth of value.

If your product value is over $100.00 and you would like to add extra insurance, please email us at info@murtz.com.au

Product value between $101-199 - Cost: $2.50

Product value between $200 - $299 - Cost: $5.00

Product value between $300 - $399 - Cost: $7.50

Product value between $400 - $499 - Cost: $10

Product value between $500 - $599 - Cost: $12.95 Includes signature on delivery

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is packed safely and securely.

Murtz is not responsible for lost, damaged and/or stolen parcels once the package is in the hands of the delivery company. Please contact Australia post if there are any issues.
